Make daily nutrition easier to follow with a calorie counter and AI meal photos. Track protein intake, log meals in your food diary and review targets for weight loss, maintenance or muscle gain.
📷 A food diary built around your meals
Take a picture or choose one from your gallery. AI estimates foods, serving weights, calories, protein, carbohydrates and fat. AI figures are approximate; review and edit the food, portion and nutrient details before you save. Rename the dish, adjust the total or ingredient weights, and add or remove components. Totals recalculate when components change. The saved entry contributes to your macro tracker and daily calorie total.
For packaged products, scan a barcode to look up nutrition when the item is available. You can also enter food manually, save individual favourites and search them for a regular breakfast or snack. Choose the method that suits what you are eating, from a meal at home to something packed for lunch.
A calorie counter for energy and protein
Set calorie and macro goals from your profile, activity level and aim, or choose them manually. See consumed and remaining totals on Home and in the diary. The macro tracker keeps protein intake beside carbs and fat, making it easier to review meals against the targets you have set.
If you want to lose weight, monitor a calorie deficit and use your recorded intake and remaining kcal to follow your daily goal. If your aim changes, adjust the targets for maintenance or muscle gain. A calorie deficit is one context; the same diet log and calorie tracker also support other nutrition goals.
💧 Useful habits, visible progress
- Record water, set a daily goal and choose water or meal reminders.
- Check the calorie ring in your calorie counter between meals.
- Use calendar marks to see consecutive days of logging.
- Log weight and view weekly, monthly and yearly charts.
Review protein intake across your meals or look back on the weeks you tracked a calorie deficit. Your food diary and weight records give those patterns context. Manual food entry, water logging and weight tracking are basic features that do not require Premium.
Keep the day on your home screen
Nutrition widgets show daily calories and macros. The water widget shows hydration progress and lets you add a glass, while Quick Scan opens the camera for your next meal photo.
On supported Android devices, connect Health Connect with your permission. Import recorded calories burned, export logged nutrition and sync weight in both directions. Your calorie counter lets you compare recorded intake with energy burned using the records you choose to connect.
Premium adds more ways to review nutrition
Describe food by text or voice for AI entry, or save meals containing several foods and reuse them. The macro tracker shows the core nutrients; Premium adds available fibre, sugars, sodium, vitamins and minerals, plus detailed nutrient charts. Put protein intake into a broader nutritional context.
With enough entries, the weekly AI review highlights eating patterns, compares intake with your goals and offers practical suggestions. This can support a review of your habits whether you are following a calorie deficit or a maintenance target.
Keep and share your food diary
Share an entry as an image or text. Export and import backups of your diary, photos, water and weight records. Choose metric or imperial units and light or dark mode.
Daily food-entry limits depend on your access and also cover manual entries and foods added from favourites. Check the current limits in the app.
