I reckon FB don't want us to use this stripped down version. That's why it's full of dead ends, glitches and frustrating faults. The primary newsfeed will only return to the page top after visiting an item, so you spend ages scanning down to find where you were. Notifications about page engagement send you down a dead end with no links to the page. The notification updates page does not provide a clear and curated list of all your interactions, instead it includes random posts in your groups.

Annoying bugs like when reading a long post it automatically refreshes and jumps to the top of the news feed randomly and you lost what you were in the middle of reading/looking at. When replying to a post it sometimes only has space to type a few words which then disappear so you can't read what you are typing properly. For a company as rich as META it's very poor all these defects. I just give up and close FB sometimes as it's so frustrating.

what is happening with fb lite? I've had numerous issues with this app for some time now. it's loading other reels comments when I've moved onto a another reel. it just pops up randomly and then I have to do a back n button to remove it. when I'm downloading pictures to this app it won't complete the download on the app. I have to open it in Chrome. like I said this has been doing these things probably around a month.
