Its outdated and temperamental. Messages half come through, I end up opening messages from clients and having to wait half an hour for the rest of the message to appear. Notifications dont show, this is meant for businesses and unless I traipse through my page checking everything, things can easily be missed. The format of the whole thing, especially the messaging, is like something from the 90s. Diary bookings also out of sync and show as the day before. C'mon facebook, it's time you fix it!

Its been an absolute nightmare since it has changed to business manager. Every week there is a new problem! For the last 3 days I can't see any notifications for new comments. When I do manage to find them (lucky dip), there is no option to message them and when I do get a notification it doesn't take me to the comment, instead it just says "can't connect". I have submitted numerous bug reports via the app and I have no idea where they go to as there is no log system or communication at all.

Absolutely useless. I was fine with the updates, used it to schedule posts across multiple social media platforms. I also used it to book appointments with my clients who lived the 24 hours reminder. Now, every time u try to book an appointment it says "something went wrong" and goes nothing. My clients complain about not receiving a reminder, or an appointment in there calendar. Very disappointed, and sent many many MANY complaints without a single response. You are affecting my business! 😡
