Simple to use and good customisation. However, there is a recurring problem where the notifications become delayed, meaning by the time I receive a door bell notification, the person has left. This problem is persistent and is only temporarily resolved by restarting your phone, however after a few hours, the delay returns. Very poor, considering it is a paid for service so I do not recommend.

This device used to be good, but since a few updates it's terrible. Constant disconnect with device then won't pick up people approaching your house and now decides to tell you there's someone there but it's a force alarm. But the kicker it doesn't want to record just corrupt the file. paying for a subscription puts a bad taste in my mouth. I don't want to keep resetting my device.

I keep on top of updates to apps but this takes the Mickey. The Ring App is forever having to be updated. Several times this year already. It's always the same for 'bug fixes and improvements '. The app seems to get poorer the more it's updated. Mine is selective now eh with it's notifications or motion. Yes I have cleared cache, reset etc etc. Time for a subscription free one I think now.
