OSAIO

I'm really struggling since the app updated. I hate it. It is so tricky and constantly have to re-do the settings because they don't seem to save. Also, I'm paying monthly for plus, but my cameras no longer record 24 hours just tiny 'events' now that are pointless. I've had to go back to feeling unsafe in my own home. Before the app was updated, it was great and what we needed, but now seems pointless.

After buying cameras and a subscription for 24/7 recording I can't actually access 24/7 recording and it is only recording events which sometimes jumps and cuts off clips. I find clips of people walking then jumps they vanish into thin air. I like the quality but something needs improvement in the apps capabilities of actually recording everything and playing it smoothly.

Display is very good, you need to make sure you have good wifi signal so theres no sound lag. A wifi extender helps. My only problem is the detection zone, it is a 4 point marker, would be much better if you had more points to customise the zone better as now it just goes off too much when i only need a certain area
