Get your finger out Google and make sure ONLY reviews of the APP are posted - not the Internet speed, not customer service,ONLY the APP. In my experience the app is garbage. Doesn't see the sky, just get message that it's preparing for sky detection. Then nothing. Apart from being able to see the details of my account, the app has no functionality, and as I can see my account in a Web browser, the app is redundant. Looks like I may be sending the starlink kit back as soon as it arrives.

Used to work reasonably well but after upgrading my phone to a much newer model I've been unable to login. It takes me to the login page via my own browser, I log in, get redirected to the app, and once it loads it prompts me to log in again. I have tried several times, and just keep going round in circles. Useless as I cannot actually manage my account or router through the app now as I can't log in. I am unable to connect to the router locally through the app as it's in a different country.

I moved from a city to a very rural area where there is no fibre! I work from home and need a stable and fast WiFi connection. After a lot of research, I ordered the Starlink dish and have been blown away! It arrived really fast, the set up was easy and actually fascinating when you are searching for obstructions. You pay for what you get, we have no buffering, gameplay has never been quicker, video calls are stable with no freezing. If you are thinking about purchasing, don't hesitate!
