It's a shame but the app is poor and an absolute pain. There seems to be features missing, for example You cant view what you've purchased previously. it's just an overview payment that has been dispatched. This makes it extremely difficult to return anything as you can't view order number. Unless they address the returns side of things it's not worth downloading, use the web page, far easier and hassle free.

When trying to check out it doesn't allow me to do it. Keeps saying needs delivery address. But they won't let me enter one. Tried several times to do this but get same response. Uninstalling now as wasting my time. Will spend my money at jacamo as their App works perfectly. Also some of the items that are on the website don't appear on the app. This is very disappointing can't believe I wasted half hour of my time trying to use it. Would give Zero stars if possible.

The app has crashed fairly often and didn't save your progress which has meant a loss of business for Bad Rhino ,(I can only cope with so many crashes) and , their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. It took three months, yes... twelve weeks to sort out a return. Customer services appear to favour a copy and paste approach when replying to emails which is to say the least frustrating. As regards their clothes, reasonably priced and the same goes for the quality.
