I'm always having issues with the app. to begin with I wasn't able to customise my box with the colour for the tinted moisturizer so received the wrong colour. when I contact customer support they told me there was nothing the could do I had to do it through the app even tho it wasn't working. and now I can't log into my account even tho all my details are correct. it just refuses to log me in and keeps kicking me out

I've had Glossy Box for many years now, I love having a monthly pick me up and trying new products.... sometimes there's something there that's not for you but I regift it and people love these quirky unique items themselves and ended up subscribing. I've previously ordered some of the limited edition boxes... and I've never been disappointed I absolutely love that I could also use my glossy credits to put towards the cost of things I want and you can use them on look fantastic.

I used to love glossy box, I was with them years and never failed. But after a few recent orders, I've stopped my subscription and deleted the app. All the team at customer support are so helpful and are definitely there to help you whenever you need them. But you have to go through SM and I don't have it. So it was a bit more harder to get in contact. But apart from the faults I had, i couldn't fault them otherwise. Great value for money. Thank you
