I have been playing this game for a couple of years now and it's getting worse. The last few months have been full of updates and glitches that have meant the players lose items...tokens, club balls, event pieces. There doesn't seem to be any listening to the players, as they state on their website, and people who are very high levels are leaving the game. They really need to look at this before a lot more give up for better ones. I would not spend any money in app.

This game really blows after the latest update. They have made it too difficult to collect items, get bingos and complete collections. You have to have more blue bingo tokens just to get a decent chance of collecting items. This means purchases!! Also this game has been glitching for over 2 weeks now and I have lost numerous items I gained through playing. I've contacted support several times only to be ignored. Time to uninstall I think!!

I've been playing this game for quite a while now, never really had any problems till this last week. It's only letting me play one game and then it glitches and won't let me play but it's taking my bingo tokens! But low and behold it never glitches on the adverts they play all the way through but then glitches when it comes to play the game. I messaged support they asked when it was happening to which I've told them but had nothing back, they did give me some tokens but I've lost more since.
