could be much better and faster if users can pin their favourite lists, or at least open directly on the last list they opened. for example a consultation list for when oncall. no notification if a new consult request is made. so I have to keep checking periodically while on the run across the hospital. to do so I have to browse through the hospital lists every single time! frustrating. there should be a notification at least with a toggle to open it when I start and close when finished.

Since the update, using a non-default patient list is now considerably more time-consuming. Opening a chart from any non-default list now results in the app simply forgetting (or skipping past) said list in favor of returning each time to to the default patient list. The practical impact of this is that a user must now start from scratch after each patient. In other words, to return to the previous list, a user must now repeatedly "open the facility list, select a facility, select a unit..."

Was working good until the update which ruined everything. With the update every time you see the patient in the list and go back it refreshes back to the default list also on top of the patient list. Doesn't go back to where you left off. If you have multiple patients in the list and the big list it takes a lot of time to go back and select the patient again.
