• Schedule and manage appointments, including in-person visits and video visits.
• Get price estimates for the cost of care.
• View and pay your medical bills.
• Securely share your medical record from anywhere with anyone who has Internet access.
• Connect your accounts from other healthcare organizations so you can see all your health information in one place, even if you've been seen at multiple healthcare organizations.
• Receive push notifications when new information is available in MyChart. You can check whether push notifications are enabled under the Account Settings within the app.

Note that what you can see and do within the MyChart app depends on which features your healthcare organization has enabled and whether they’re using the latest version of Epic software. If you have questions about what’s available, contact your healthcare organization.

To access MyChart, you must create an account with your healthcare organization. To sign up for an account, download the app and search for your healthcare organization or go to your healthcare organization’s MyChart website. After you’ve signed up, turn on fingerprint authentication or set up a four-digit passcode to quickly log in without needing to use your MyChart username and password each time.

For more information about MyChart’s features or to find a healthcare organization that offers MyChart, visit www.mychart.com.

Having this app is better than fiddling with the website or looking for emails that keep going to spam, but bearly usable. When you try to download documents, they save as 0 bytes, and it's impossible to take a screenshot due to "privacy". So theoretically, you can download files, but are not allowed to take a screenshot. Yet the downloading doesn't work either. All data is locked in the stupid app.

The app has become extremely frustrating to use. It constantly asks me to change my password and rarely keeps me logged in, so I have to go through passkey verification almost every time I open it. More importantly, the “Notes for Care Team” section has suddenly disappeared. I used this section regularly to read important daily updates from my care team, and now I cannot find those updates anywhere in the app. Please fix the repeated login issues and bring back the care team notes.

Thank you for your review! Many aspects of MyChart are controlled by your own healthcare organization through setup and settings. We recommend reaching out to them for support. If you don't know how to reach them, email us at MyChartSupport@epic.com, let us know the issue and the organization name and we can look up their contact info for you.

I was unsure about using this app. But having your appointments in one place and being reminded of them is great. Being able to book in to an appointment, once you arrive, is reassuring. I tend to book in then visit the bathrooms, as sometimes you never know how long your wait will be (nothing against the NHS, they are great).

What’s new

You can now sync sleep data from Google Health Connect. Your visits list and the visit details page now match the experience on the MyChart website, so it's easier to filter your visits, join a video visit, complete eCheck-In, and reschedule your appointments. The visit details page now shows the minimum prepay amount and due date for visits that require one. These changes might become available to you after your healthcare organization starts using the latest version of Epic.
