Doesn't connect to the Mustang Micro Plus in the app, despite being connected via Bluetooth. Tried the customer support suggested by the developers in the other reviews but they do not respond. I've been waiting for a response for weeks. It seems the customer support is just as useless as the app. I have no choice but to return it. I won't be buying anything from Fender again.

Downloaded this to accompany my Mustang Micro Plus, it works sometimes. Often crashes when saving a sound and hangs if you try to move to another sound. I have tried uninstalling several times, forgetting the original Bluetooth connection and starting again. It works for a short while then back to crashing again. I am so frustrated with this app because when it works it is great!

Dropping a star again after the new UI release. Now seems to force landscape mode. Search doesn't seem to work on anything except the list that is already visible, so I can no longer find new tones in the downloads section. The more button doesn't seem to appear on subsequent page loads, so my factory list, for example, stops at Basic IIC Lead. Can no longer scroll through all items. Frequently hangs with the loading icon I don't like the new keyboard. Bluetooth connection seems better
