Never played a guitar. Bought a used guitar more to fix up as I liked the look. Did all the mechanical stuff, it looks the part not a note in my body, so I got the app to tune it, and even I noticed the difference very intuitive and easy to use. Also, as a lefty in settings, there is a left-hand option. So I now have a perfectly good-looking and sounding left-handed guitar that is inspiring to me to learn. Plus, there are no annoying adverts or requests to pay and get a better version.

Having just bought my daughter an acoustic guitar, it needed tuning. I've never done this before so was looking for an app that could help. Most of the apps I tried wanted my card details for a free trial, so deleted them. Tried one with adverts but the app didn't make sense. This app however, free, easy to use and very straightforward. Excellent app.

Brilliant free app for tuning guitars, even for a newbie like myself. Automatic string selection mode is great. Just strum a string, it automatically detects which string, indicates it on a headstock display and suggests higher or lower. A little bit trickier when tuning from fresh and you do need to pay attention to the indicated string being tuned. This could account for people over tightening and snapping strings. It also has manual string-by-string selection mode. Would definitely recommend.
