App issues. The plugs themselves work fine after creating a second ssid on my router. It turns out the main problem was the app. Not once did it connect to the plugs and I started worrying that the plugs had broken. After a bit of research I noticed others people had been using different apps to set up and control the plugs. The app I chose worked instantly. I'm glad the plugs work fine and if the app worked like the other app I downloaded this would be a 5 star review.

Been using this app for almost 3 years now, had the odd hiccup every now an then but always been able to sort it. Since the new update I haven't been able to control any of my smart lights at all because my phone either says I've been deleted as a user from the home, the network is busy or the device is unavailable. It was working fine up until I installed the update an i hadn't had any issues for a long long time. If it isn't broke, don't fix it.

Good, but missing key analysis features. Have been using for several years. I'm primarily recording usage as I don't need automation. For this, then gathering and storing is great. However, seeing the values is really time consuming. You have to click through, and back again 2-3 times - so 4-6 per device. For analysis, though, there is no summary, no charts, and no capability to export the raw data, or use an api, so that excel can do charting. Just a little work and this would be really great.
