If there is one app that deserves zero or rather a negative number of stars it's this one. Nothing (literally nothing) in this app works, it's been around for years and it's never been fixed. Please terminate the whole product and development team, this is asinine work ethic. Hire some high school students instead, they'll make 10 times a better job.

Thank you Xiaomi, your creation of this app to let me know never to buy your products in future was pure genius. The app really cuts through the usual pseudo customer lip service and explains clearly your total loathing for your customers. I especially enjoyed finding that you logged me out of my account, then refused to let me sign back in, plus that your verification emails are just a big tease and never actually arrive.

Got the app to sync with the scale. It's laughably bad and inaccurate. For example, it estimates BMI and fat percentage, then uses *different values* to determine if I'm over it under weight. The scale itself is not particularly accurate, but it's the app that misinterprets the result. If this is the data Xiaomi is collecting, I feel pity for the data analysts who must sift through it.
