I was unable to login to the app as it kept telling me the account or password was incorrect. It turns out that the system wasn't storing the full length of my password in the database BUT does accept the full length in the login form, so was trying to match two different length passwords. The developers are going to tweak this. Have increased from 1 star to 3 stars and will amend as I use the app more.

Sorry for the inconvenience.The app indicates that the password is incorrect, and we can confirm that the password you entered does not match. You can try resetting it to a simpler password and then log in. You can change your password again later.Also, do not use the strong password fill feature; it is recommended to enter your own custom password

Started getting ads in the app. No way to turn them off. Not interested in your ads. I've already bought multiple products from you. MY PHONE is not your advertising board. Also I was forced onto this newer app by an update earlier in the year that sunset the original inkbird app. No choice if I wanted to Continue using the products I purchased. Update 17/10/23 after developer reply: It's irrelevant if I can close the ads in app,my discourse is that ads should not be there in the first place

I use it for a wifi thermostat. the in app notification options are functionally useless. in a nutshell, there are two notify types; heat on/off and heat alarm high/low (if a critical threshold of heat occurs) the former is irrelevant and cannot be disabled independently, the latter is useful and can be disabled. so basically you have to tolerate the annoying heat on/off notification or turn off all app notify via the android app settings, thereby also missing the "device offline" function
