Stop the bloody adverts! Ridiculous for a paid product. I have no issue with the plugs - always worked fine for me, but all of a sudden the app imposes stupid and irrelevant advertising on opening. I bought the plugs which require the app to use them properly- the app is an integral part of the product. I did not sign up for advertising and you have added it without reference or permission. Absolutely disgraceful. I am binning the plugs - and won't buy any of your products again.

Doesn't even connect to its own products. Funnily enough, the product itself asks you to install a different app to operate it, yet then wants you to install this for Alexa purposes. You'd think they'd keep it simple by having everything under one app, but no – splitting functionality between one app that does work and another that doesn't makes more sense, evidently.

This app is horrendous now with huge adverts blocking the screen whenever I try to do anything. One even came up while I was watching the pairing process progress bar. Luckily my Teckin plugs have started failing and refusing to connect to the app now so soon I'll have binned them all and can be rid of Teckin complelely. Two plugs down so far.
