day 1, 1st device: 4-way power strip with usb was not autodetected despite its wifi being clearly visible. trouble finding the device manually as it's a wifi power surge in the list not a plug, for some reasons. renaming 'holes' works but is ugly with several redundant labels. linked to google well enough, and has a good system of automation of if/and/not etc etc. longer term: 2fa app login is far better now and the ui is getting cleaner. geofencing would be nice

As a "mature" person, I find it difficult to bend to switch off plugs. Even harder to reach the switch for the Christmas tree lights. I bought a set of 4 plugs and absolutely love the ease of use. Once Christmas is over and lights are put away, we will definitely continue their use. I have them connected via Google home with my hive set up, so all on one simple app.

Smart Plug/App has stopped working . All good for the past 12 months then my smart plug has just stopped working. DUE TO RECENT APP UPDATE!! Others experiencing issues too. App requests plug connect to our 2.5gh wifi, which cannot be seen in the app & will not connect to our WiFi AT ALL! App continues to say device cannot be found. No help/contact function Useless. No help from support team on the forum within the app, so what's the point of it? Will need to look at alternatives. Disappointed.
