Continues to disappoint, so always crashing, long lag on amazon devices, and now to add to this you can no longer pinch zoom and double tap zoom just chooses a random spot to zoom in on ?? The camera is fine, my WiFi is fine the software is absolutely rubbish. I will not pay a monthly fee when you can even sort your app out. My advise is to avoid Netvue, i will not be buying any other product of theirs

Temperamental and restricted features - been using these for a few years and they're fairly good cameras for the price. However, we do get frequent issues with mounting SD cards, dropping connections, crashing and going offline etc. One camera with a faulty port to date. Movement increments are too big. Also noticed recently that we we've started missing alerts as the cooldown is 5 mins and can only be changed by subscribing! Don't think we had this issue before the recent updates/version.

Initially positive, then not. I checked the reviews for this product many other similar products. I ordered 4 mini orb cameras, carefully choose where to set them, downloaded the app to my tablet and phone and had my broadband split to allow 2.4ghz. Rather disappointed as there was zero connection and tried for 3hrs. I even moved the router to the same room as the cameras and it made no difference. No one was available on the phone or online for support. Returned the cameras. Disappointed.
