This app works well with the initial exercises provided. But as my exercises have been updated, the app doesn't update so I'm still looking at old, outdated, exercises. Not very helpful.

App simply doesn't work as it should. Far too many bugs but the most serious one is that when your program gets updated it doesn't recognise the new code. Unistalled and just use website now.

Brilliant! It's so hard usually to remember exactly what the exercises are and when/how many etc. 10/10 for the user design.

What’s new
Completing exercises is smoother: quick complete works for more programs, a new screen marks finishing all your exercises, and you can give session feedback from the home screen. Videos have a refreshed player. We also fixed the app closing when opening email or notification settings, PDFs not opening on some devices, the dialer not opening in intake emergencies, and other small issues.
