Shockingly bad app. have registered for it about 3 times, and constantly have to re-register/reset password. It never works. I pay £36 a month for benefits I can't use. I will probably leave RBS as a result

just tried to open the app on my SamsungA13 and get a message saying the app is no longer compatible with my device. This is the only app I have that does not work!

When I try to open the app I'm told an update is required. I have two options when I try to update: open or uninstall. Open tells me I need to update. Uninstall allows me to uninstall, then reinstall to be told I need an update! Very annoying
