Error signs everytime i connect. I can't log in to the app. I can't log in online. I can't speak to a representative. I can't change my password. I'm missing part of an order and I can't get further forward with thay side now either. No one is replying to me about it all. No Internet error issue with the app. Internet is on and fine. Privacy error when I connect online. I've followed all the help tools to try reconnect. I don't have any other issues with getting onto other pages.

Unfortunately, the basket is very buggy. After adding a few things, the next items added stop showing up until you delete something, then they magically appear after all so it's impossible to keep track of what you've ordered. Trying to move the process forward only resulted in a basket of things I realised I didn't totally want but no way to then go back and empty it. Stick to the website. I'm just hoping app discount codes will still work in browser. (Good products though.)

Not bought anything as it doesn't look good, pity as I thought this might be a good choice. Was doing another diet similar to this and they have a better range of products eg: spag bog you add water to etc, syrup porridge, and better shakes. Ready meals in a pouch. I'm in exante group & members are saying it's been bad for buying anything since 2021, hardly any stock
