good products and fair prices but the app is rubbish to navigate and compare products, I resulted in using AI outside of the app to find what i needed. The Google pay integration sucks as it just didn't work properly. as an infrequent user, the whole process was painful and for something that should take 5 minutes from start to finish took the best part of an hour.

Edit - avoid, just do yourself a favour and pay slightly more elsewhere. App design, consistency and pricing are all terrible. I've had an inconsistent order history - mostly prices as well as records of items they've charged me for but not sold me. Customer service is even worse. You speak to one person then the next, there's no continuity, you're just passed around. I've been told it's their systems fault by one person then told it's mine by another.

When I first installed and used this, I had no issues browsing and eventually ordering a product. BUT, the second time I opened the app it's as if it developed a mind of its own. I wanted to order some samples and reduced items and it damn near selected everything. Could have ended up spending, and I'm not exaggerating, £196 instead of the £6 estimate if I wasn't paying attention. But fortunately the screen wouldn't progress beyond to payment due to a bug. I'll stick with the regular website.
