About this app

Weekglass is a calm alcohol tracker for people who want to drink less, not quit. Set a weekly limit in your country's own standard drinks, plan your dry days, and log a drink in two taps. Nothing resets after one drink.

THE WEEK, NOT THE STREAK
Most apps for cutting back count days without a drink, so one glass of wine on Friday wipes out your progress. Weekglass counts the week instead. You choose a limit and a number of dry days, and every week ends with a result you can read at a glance: what you drank against your limit, and how many alcohol-free days you had. A week with a Friday drink can still be a good week.

HOW IT WORKS
- Pick your country and Weekglass counts in its own unit: standard drinks in the US (14 g of alcohol), units in the UK, glasses in France, Germany and the Netherlands, grams in Japan.
- Set a weekly limit and a dry days goal. Where your country's guidance gives a weekly number, Weekglass starts from it. Where it does not, Weekglass says so and gives you a starting point to lower.
- Log a beer, a glass of wine, a shot or a cocktail in two taps, with undo right there. Pick the size and strength each time: a 5% beer today, an 8% one tomorrow.
- One big number shows how many drinks are left this week, beside a glass that fills as the week goes on. A seven-day strip shows dry days, drinking days and the day the week went over.
- A drink after midnight counts toward the night before, the way you would count it yourself.
- An optional evening check asks once, only on days with nothing logged: log a drink or mark the day dry right from the notification. A short summary arrives on the first morning of each week.

WEEKGLASS PRO
- Insights: an 8-week chart, the money and calories you saved compared with your usual week, and plain patterns such as your heaviest day and whether your dry days are going up.
- Cut-down plan: lower your weekly limit gently over 4 to 12 weeks, one small step each week, then hold the new level. A plan down to zero works too.
- Home screen widget: what is left this week, and one tap to log your usual drink.
- Your full drinking history, every week, and custom drinks with your own volume and ABV.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
No account, no sign-up. Your drink log stays on your phone. Usage diagnostics are off unless you turn them on, and even then we never receive what or how much you drink.

GOOD FOR
- Cutting back on drinking without giving it up
- Mindful drinking and moderation without a sobriety counter
- The sober curious who want two or three alcohol-free days a week
- Anyone who wants a simple drink tracker that shows the real week in standard drinks

HONEST PRICING
Logging, your weekly limit, dry days and the last 4 weeks are free. Pro is yearly, monthly or a one-time lifetime purchase, all on one screen, with no free trial that quietly turns into a charge.

Weekglass is not a treatment. If you are dependent on alcohol, stopping suddenly can be dangerous: talk to a doctor first.

What’s new

Edit a logged drink: change its size and strength, not only the servings.
Log the same drink again in one tap. Tap any day of the week to add, fix or mark it dry. See where the week is heading from midweek.
