I have had a nightmare with this booking. I just hope that they get me home ok. I have been trying to check in online for 10 days, been trying to reserve a seat for 10 days and after having paid £140 at the airport the night before my outbound flight, as payment for outbound and return of check in case , that isn't showing on my booking. And I have called customer service on numerous occasions and all they want to do is get me off the phone. I will never use this airline again.

The most horrible operator i ever flight with. The app adds priority to all passengers even though I chose only one. I can't undo it. When I tried from the beginning again, literally 1 min later, I still can't find the way to choose priority only for one passenger. But now, they've raised the price of seats by 50%, so now they want me to pay more - as they can track, I'll be back there to book. I'd rather take a trip on a donkey than paying those ....! Utterly horrible.

This app is fundamentally broken. I searched for the status of my flight using the actual flight number and it showed 2 duplicates of the same flight, but stated one was rescheduled to a different day and the other had a 2 hour delay. I had no idea which one was correct. Also, when you click on my bookings, it only shows your outbound flight, not your return (even though it's under the same booking reference). Sometimes you can't check in because it gets stuck on seat selection.

What’s new
Need something new in your life? Great news for those who always forget where their boarding pass is. Now you can store it digitally, in your secure and private Google Wallet. There is no more “I have no idea where I last saw it”, because it’s always at hand. Amazing, isn’t it?
And we are always busy bees when it comes to developments and fixing some bugs.
Well, that’s all for today. Have a great day and get ready for big adventures!
