This app used to be great, but I would say around 70% of time when I try to book again with my barber I now see a pop up on the app which says "booking issue, we've encountered an issue with you booking. Please start again or create a new booking". This is incredibly frustrating. When I try again or even update the the app I still get the issue most of the time. Please fix this!

I don't use the app anymore but It did work to book when I was. My issue is the emails it keeps sending me. I have unsubscribed from the mail list *multiple* times and it's still not changed the frequency of the emails. I gave up with it and just went to delete my account. So far I've not been able to find out how to do that, none of the settings have an option to do so and there's no answers online, which is atrocious. People have a right to withdraw information even if it's deleting an account

There's a bug that shows a booking total, but will secretly add a hidden tip to the total during payment. Customer Service *acknowledged the bug* and told me to try to get the refund from my barber when it wasn't their fault. The default tip should be shown and changeable. This isn't too confused with the optional tip screen. Completely different. That gets set to zero and I've gotten secretly charged $10 extra 3 times in a row.
