Waited months for an appointment for the Diabetes Specialist Nurse. I was provided with the code to share via the clinic link.due to there being an issue with the server. I reached out to technical support that was really poor. wanted me to go as far as resetting my WiFi and Bluetooth phone settings! Not a chance, after 40 minutes I decided to end the call. I was called back some time later by a different agent who got me logged in a different way. More than happy for you to follow this up.

Edited review: after speaking to the Dexcom support team, I have now got access to the reports and everything on the app! Dexcom support are absolutely fantastic! Really friendly and helpful. I don't like that you have to download reports. I feel it would be better if the information was just there for you to look at. Otherwise, so far so good 😊

It's nice to be able to get reports and it's pretty accurate. That being said, I have to carry around a reader all the time and have to plug said reader into my computer in order to get reports. For the price of Dexcom, seems like I would be able to just connect to my phone. At the very least, send the readings from the reader to the app so I don't have to plug into the computer to update? Other cgm makers seem to be able to make their apps work. Can't we do better, Dexcom?
