As an Executive Elite member, I used to be able to pick from a nice selection in the Executive Aisle but that has changed. The quality of vehicles in the Aisle has gone way down, the status no longer provides any benefits - looking for another rental company that has a better selection and perks for top-tier member status

I always have good experience when renting from National. I really appreciated the upgrade. The vehicles are always clean and you normally have the best rates.

easy to make a reservation. Easy to *change* a reservation...so easy, in fact, that my reservation seems to change itself from the return day I selected, to one day earlier, without me having to do anything, or even without me wanting it to do so. Then, to change it back to the DAY I ORIGINALLY SELECTED AS MY RETURN DAY, all I have to do is tap "modify my reservation" and then PAY $67 FOR THE PRIVILEGE OF RETURNING ON THE DAY I ORIGINALLY BOOKED. This feels like a #scam.
