It worked for a few months, and then it didn't. From May until around the mid of July, the app seems to have had an update that completely disallows my non-OnePlus device from changing the settings on my OnePlus Buds 4. So now they're stuck with settings I can't change, and I have to live with them. All the app shows is "connected" next to my Earbuds, but no input I give it actually does anything. Alongside that it asks me to download another app alongside it which wasn't like that before.

Headphones have been ok until recently so I don't know if I'd missed an update, but either way the buds pro 3 keep cutting out, I've checked with the app and my OnePlus phone but it's very noticeable when you put your head forward (when bending down)... very annoying!! I can't find a way to rectify it despite the uninstall and restart process ... 😕

I'm using a OnePlus phone, so I don't know why it advised me to install this app. There's a lack of functionality in this app. OnePlus Buds offer more than one type of HD codecs, but there's no way to enable users to choose which to use. This should be fixed since we face different scenarios every day and need to use different codecs accordingly.
