It's about as useful as the bus service itself (not very). Tracking inaccurate and often slow to load despite good connection. Frequently fails to process payments due to "unknown error", have now on several occasions had to pay more to buy the ticket on the bus because the app won't let me, no matter how many times I uninstall and reinstall. Could be a good app, if only it worked properly.

Hi Sarah - thanks for getting in touch. Those issues certainly don't sound right. Our live tracking should update every 10 seconds, so it should give an accurate representation of where the bus is. The app itself is functional. It's fine, maybe sometimes you click on a stop and it doesn't register or the real time bus tracking isn't accurate. However my experience on the buses isn't very great. Long journeys knock me sick very easily even with all the windows open. You need to improve the ventilation on these buses. Prices are very fair and reasonable. Discounts for U19's or U5-25's makes it great for travel when at school, college or university. 3 Stars for a fair and okay experience.

Bought the wrong ticket on the app because I was a little confused and the customer service sorted it out straight away even though it was my mistake. Honestly out of all the services I've had to use go north east has not only been reliable, the staff are amazing and moreover the app is reliable and fast and works every time without fail. Love it,
