The app allowed for me to change normal baggage to special baggage when I booked my flight. Did not seem to be any issues with doing so since it was an option the app allowed for. But at the airport, all off a sudden, they're demanding extra payment since it hasnt been registered in the system, despite the fact that it has shown me in the app that the switch was made. Do not use this garbage unless you want to be scammed I guess.
