Far too slow to load and getting worse. I have a Sky mobile. You'd think opening a Sky app would be quick and efficient. It is not. AND -- The present fault with Sky Talk Shield should be clearly alerted not hidden in Sky Talk features. "Issues accessing your settings You might be having issues accessing certain information about your Sky Talk Shield settings. We're working to fix this and apologise that it's still ongoing."

I really don't find this app helpful, everytime I try to enter competitions, there is always a problem. I was one of the first in this area to subscribe(1987) but at the end of every contract, I find I have to negotiate to keep the price down. So come on Sky, how about a 6 month payment holiday, to one of your loyal customers. Oh! another pig has just flown by.

TERRIBLE !!! I don't know what sky have done to this app, but I haven't been able to sign into my account for months. Always getting an error message saying to try again later or its the wrong details. I've been with Sky for years and the app was useful to check your account make payments and to enjoy the perks of being a sky customer with the rewards. I havent used any rewards for months as I can't access my account !! Customer services were useless and didn't have any idea what was wrong....
