Completely disregarded any kind of convenience with the latest in running the age checks, I can no longer even use the app because each time I try to do the verification and the email is verified it logs me out of the app and I have to do it again. People need to be able to purchase from and use the app quickly and with this I missed multiple busses, people are gonna be late because you can rack through your skull on how to make a travel app for convenience more convenient

The app is useful to get accurate, up to date locations and times on the current buses. Though I'm very annoyed because in the last month or so, the routes are no longer visible, only the buses show on the map, which is definitely a step back. It makes it harder to know where different buses go and where they are in their specific routes.

I've used local bus apps before in various areas of the country and they have varied in quality, from very bad to usable. I installed this app on my phone after moving down to Plymouth 9 months ago. and I've used this app most days. My conclusions at time of writing are: Live data is mostly reliable, no major issues. Service updates are actually useful and accurate. Mobile ticket function is easy to use and stress free. The timetable function is a nice addition. Well laid out, solid app!
